Here’s One Tool I Use Daily
If you’re like most people we work with, you’re active and want to stay that way for years to come. Sitting or standing in one place for too long can have long-term effects on your musculoskeletal system. So if you want to remain healthy and active, give yourself permission to invest in a tool to support your posture relieve pain, prevent injury, and optimize your performance.
Here’s one tool that I use daily: Mogo leaning seat, a portable, adjustable, and active seat that’s affordable (less than $100) and promotes a healthy low back and hip opening as shown in the image above.
